Patty has trained hundreds of officer teams over two decades and spoken to a variety of audiences across the country. She is a product of career & technical education, serving as a local, state and national CTSO (VSO) officer at both the secondary and post-secondary level.  Patty works with each group to help determine your individual needs.  She beleives in communicating and committing to understanding all of the unique requirements before she begins her sessions. In each of her conferences, Patty comes with all of her own training supplies and materials in hand.
